Creating Beautiful Forms in Figma with Weavely & Sending Data to Firmao CRM

Zapier - Triggers and Actions

Now, let's explore the integration process within Zapier.

The tool offers various triggers and actions to automate the flow of data between Weavely and Firmao. 

Trigger is an event that initiates a workflow within the integration. For example, when a new form submission occurs in Weavely, it serves as the trigger. 

Action is a specific task performed automatically as a result of a trigger. For example, when a new form is submitted, a lead record/a new contact/a company is automatically created or updated in Firmao.

How to connect applications in Zapier?

To integrate one tool with another via Zapier, you also need to connect each of them to the latter. In our case, you will need to connect your Weavely and Firmao accounts to Zapier.

Firmao: Log into your account, click the button on the right corner (with letter A - admin) and choose “Company settings”. On the left you’ll see different categories - click "Integrations". At the top select “API”, then click “Enable API”. There you will see your API login and password, those credentials needed for you to sign into Zapier. You can set the rest simply via Zapier.

Weavely: When connecting Weavely to Zapier simply sign in using your Weavely account. Here you can read a more detailed instruction on how do this. 

How to create a working Zap:

Finally, let's create a working zap! In our example Weavely has a trigger function, while Firmao serves as an action. Imagine the form collects data from the companies, and you want to register those companies' contacts in Firmao.

1. Choose a trigger: a new form submission in Weavely

2. Configure the first stage: choose which form you want to retrieve responses from

3. Test the performance

4. Choose an action: select Firmao 

5. Configure the second stage: choose what action the trigger should activate. For example, a company will be created in Firmao

6. Fill in the data: fill in the data regarding the fields from Weavely

7. Test the performance

The automation is ready! As a result, when a new form is submitted, a contact of a company will be created in Firmao.
