What Kind of Forms Can I Build with Weavely in WordPress?
Unlike some other form plugins, Weavely doesn't limit you to one type of form. Our tool offers dozens of form elements suitable for building simple feedback, lead generation or event registration forms as well as more complex multi-page forms, onboarding and customer satisfaction surveys.
How to Install the Weavely Plugin for WordPress
Search for Weavely in the plugins tab in Wordpress, and click install, it will take a few seconds. Once installed, click activate.
Now, you'll need to create an account with Weavely to get access to your API key. When you sign up, you'll be taken to the dashboard. In the settings tab you can find your key. All set! Let's move on to creating a form and embedding it on your website.
Creating a Form in Figma with Weavely and Embedding it in WordPress
So, now you have your Weavely account and you are ready to create your first form in Figma with the Weavely plugin. When you open the plugin, you'll have a choice to generate a form with AI or start building from scratch by simply selecting form elements from the Weavely component library.
Once you have all the required form element selected, you can edit the design as much as you want, and publish your form. Customisation options, in both UX and UI, are endless! Change colours, add images and your company’s branding, use non-trivial form elements, hyperlinks, advanced functionality and more. Done? Then, click publish, and your form will immediately become live.
The last step is to put it on your website. Now you can go back to the plugin in WordPress. Your newly-published form will appear in the list of all your forms together with a “short-code” per form. This short-code is a WordPress-specific code that you simply need to add to your website. Your form will then automatically render in your WP website. Easy!
When you receive form submissions, they will be stored in the Weavely dashboard, which is the same platform where you obtained your API key, allowing for easy data management. With Weavely's native integration with Notion, Airtable, and Google Sheets, you can send your data to these platforms. Additionally, Weavely's integration with Zapier enables you to connect with over 6000 other apps
